Apex Tannery approves 5pc cash dividend

The 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Apex Tannery Limited was held by Hybrid System (both Physical and Digital Platform) on Thursday.
Chairman of the Company Syed Nasim Manzur presided over the meeting. Director Md. Hedayetullah, Md. Abul Hossain, Independent DirectorFouziaHaque FCA,Chief Financial Officer Sajeeb Saha ACA, Company Secretary Sushanta Kumar Paul FCS were present. The Meeting approved 5 per cent cash dividend.
