The 426th Board meeting of RAKUB held in Rangpur

The 426th meeting of the Board of Directors of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) was held Sunday at the conference room of the Divisional Commissioner in the city, said a press release.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of RAKUB Professor Dr M. Shah Nawaz Ali presided over the first meeting of the reconstituted Board of Directors here after publication of government notification on Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank Act 2014.
Managing Director of RAKUB Manjur Ahmad, Members of its Board of Directors including Joint Secretary of the Economic Relations Division of the Ministry of Finance Saifuddin Ahmad, Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Helaluddin Ahmad, Rangpur Divisional Commissioner Muhammad Dilwar Bakht, Professor Dr Madan Mohan Dey and Professor Md. Obaidur Rahman Pramanik, of Rajshahi University, among others, attended the meeting.
The meeting discussed the issues on the RAKUB-owned landed property and construction of buildings on those and overall activities and performances of the bank.
After discussion, the meeting took some important decisions on the business and administrative issues and activities of the bank, the press release further said.
