IFIC Bank, Shakti Foundation launch `Project Her Power’

A unique campaign to raise awareness about women’s health has been organised as a joint initiative between IFIC Bank PLC and Shakti Foundation.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was exchanged at IFIC Tower in Purana Paltan, formalising the initiative on Thursday.
The unique campaign, “Project Her Power,” will be held across IFIC Bank branches and uposhakhas to enhance health awareness among the bank’s women customers.
Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, DMD and Chief of Branch Business of IFIC Bank PLC and Shariful Islam, Senior Director and Head of Administration of Shakti Foundation, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. The signing ceremony was also attended by IFIC Bank’s DMD’s, Monitur Rahman, Iqbal Parvez Chowdhury, KARM Mostafa Kamal as well as Shakti Foundation’s Health Program Head of Operations Mohammad Kauzzaman, Senior Manager Nilufa Yeasmin and senior officials of both organisations.
