Union Bank holds 5th audit committee meeting

The 5th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s head office in the capital on Tuseday. In the meeting the audit report of various branches of the bank and related issues were reviewed.
Chairman of the Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting. Members of the Audit Committee Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmedwere present in the meeting.
