Sreepur College Principal involved in corruption

The investigation report alleges that Shanto Kumar, the principal of the Government Degree College in Sreepur, Magura, has been involved in illegal recruitment and trade, selling college assets, and allocating spaces to shops and giving salary numbers.
Some former and current teachers of the college have accused Nirmal Kumar of supporting various irregularities and of carrying out the duties of the principal by force of power.
The principal has also caused incidents by concealing information about the case and ‘self-destructing’. He has supported the past of Principal Nirmal Kumar, the government, and former MP Saifuzzaman, who was personally blessed at the top, had political influence because the Ministry of Education did not accept the investigation system. . The investigation of the complaint revealed that to be appointed to the principal’s post, one must be in the second division in all examinations, including a master’s degree, including honors, or a master’s degree in the first class.
There Nirmal Kumar Sathyam has 3rd degree (pass) as per his own certificate. Chapter passed Ministry of Education issued 395 – 1995 Framework Rules for the appointment of school principals as per Higher Secondary Education. Considering the educational qualifications and experience, Shanta Kumar Sathyam has not been fulfilled. He joined the post of Principal of Sreepur Official Degree College on 25th March 2010 in violation of the recruitment rules. Nirmal Kumar has supported his case by concealing the information and ‘assimilation’ has been done.A lecturer currently working in the college, who did not want to be named, said, ‘The college should be minted with the principal’s money’.
