Transforming waste to wellness in Rayerbazar

The vibrant streets of PartexGoli in Rayerbazar came alive with colors and powerful messages as SHIFTers, the youth leaders of the SHIFT campaign, joined hands with renowned artist and activist MorshedMishu and his team in an inspiring Wall Art Movement.

This initiative marked a significant step towards raising awareness about waste management and environmental sustainability.

The wall art movement, part of the ongoing “Rayerbazar Reimagined: From Waste to Wellness” campaign, was aimed at promoting key messages to the community. Through creative slogans and vivid visuals, the art highlighted crucial themes such as reducing plastic usage, promoting the use of jute bags, proper waste segregation, and the importance of creating a healthy environment.

SHIFTers, supported by MorshedMishu and his team, began their work by cleaning the previously waste-laden area. Under expert guidance, they prepared the walls for this transformative artwork. Vibrant designs and thought-provoking slogans now stand in place of neglect, inspiring the community to embrace change.
