Dhaka air unhealthy

Dhaka ranked 15th on the list of cities with the worst air quality, with an AQI score of 119 at 8:59am on Thursday.

The air quality of the city was unhealthy for sensitive groups, reports UNB.

India’s Delhi, Egypt’s Cairo, and Nepal’s Kathmandu occupied the first, second and third spots on the list, with AQI scores of 385, 187 and 171, respectively.

When the AQI value for particle pollution is between 101 and 150, air quality is considered unhealthy for sensitive groups.
