Solo photo exhibition kicks off in Rangpur

A five-day long photography exhibition has opened in Rangpur.

Rangpur District Commissioner Mohammad Mobasheer Hasan inaugurated the solo photo exhibition of photojournalist Firoz Chowdhury organized at Rangpur Town Hall Square on Wednesday.

Superintendent of Police Ferdous Ali Chowdhury, Prime Minister’s Senior Photographer SM Gorky, Director of Mass Development Center Abu Sayem Mohammad Jannatun Noor, President of Rangpur Metropolitan Chamber Rezaul Islam Milan, former Municipal Chairman Kazi Mohammad Junnoon, Rangpur Press Club General Secretary Marina Lovely, General Secretary of City Press Club Rangpur Humayun Kabir Manik, President of Rangpur District and Divisional Dairy Farms Association Latifur Rahman Milan etc.

On the occasion of the 105th birthday of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the 13th solo photography exhibition based on women and children by photojournalist, documentary and filmmaker Feroz Chowdhury has been organized.

Which will run from 17 April to 21 April/2024 from 10 am to 9 pm every day.

The inaugural ceremony was inaugurated with a ribbon cutting and ended with a brief discussion and photo viewing.

At that time Feroz Chowdhury’s family members, journalists, visitors were present.
