52 head posts of 99 govt pry schools vacant in Bhangura

Out of 99 government primary schools, 52 head teachers and 23 assistant teachers are vacant In Bhanguraupazila of Pabna.

Due to the non-filling of the posts for a long time, there has been disruption in both teaching and administration in these schools.

It is reported that the proposal of assistant teachers working in Bhanguraupazila for departmental promotion to the post of head teacher has been finally sent to the district primary education office.

If approved by the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, they will be appointed to the vacant post of head teacher.

The vacant post of assistant teacher cannot be filled without fresh recruitment.

The teachers who are currently performing the duties of the headmaster(In Charge of) said that the teaching activities are somewhat disrupted as they have to be busy in running the school.

Assistant Upazila Education Officer Md. Selim Reza said, currently 52 head teachers and 23 assistant teachers are vacant in Bhanguraupazila. Due to this, some crisis has been created in the respective schools.
