GAZIPUR: The passing-out ceremony of the 12th batch of pre-sea cadets of International Maritime Academy was held with ceremony and grandeur at its own campus at Pubial, Gazipur on Thursday. Seventy-eight cadets of 12th batch have passed out this year from Nautical and Engineering division.
