Ship carrying RNPP machineries reaches Mongla Port

A foreign commercial ship named “MV Anka Sky” carrying the national flag of Vanuatu and loading huge quantities of machinery goods for the under construction Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant (RNPP) under Ishwardi Upazila in Pabna district as the 59th dispatches arrived at Mongla Sea Port (in Bagerhat district) at Friday night and anchored with the Jetty No.08 of the Port in order to unload the machineries, according to a report received here.
It may be mentioned here that RNPP is one of the Mega Projects of country. Before these as many as 58 foreign commercial ships carrying the machinery goods for Ruppur Atomic Power Plant arrived at Mongla Port and unloaded there.
