Fire safety expo on Feb 17

A-3 day ‘9th International Fire Safety and Security Expo 2024’ is going to begin from February 17 with an aim to strengthen the fire safety system in the country by reducing the risk of fire and providing modern equipments to ensure fire safety.
Apart from it, the event will also focus to increase awareness among the people about fire safety and security in all quarters.
Niaz Ali Chishty, President of Electronics Safety and Security Association of Bangladesh (EESAB) presented the details about the exhibition in a press conference held at the Jatiya Press Club on Wednesday.
The 3-day international exhibition is being organized by the EESAB.
Niaz Ali Chishty said, “Fire safety is becoming more important considering the country’s size of economic growth. Fire safety and security has become a challenge for the socio-economic development and construction of sustainable infrastructure in Bangladesh.”
The international fire exhibition will take place in the city’s Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) from February 17 to 19.
The three-day expo will remain open for visitors from 11 am to 8 pm. Through this exhibition, the latest technologies made by the world’s biggest brands will be displayed at the venue to gather knowledge.
