Dimla woman dies being hit by motorcycle

A woman named Shahida Begum (28) was killed by a motorcycle at Jhunagach Chapani petrol pump area on Jaldhaka Dalia road at 7 pm Saturday. The deceased woman is the wife of Abdus Sabur of Ainul Haque Madrasa area of Khalishachampani Union of Dimla Upazila.
Locals said that the motorcycle rider was speeding at the time of the incident. At that time the woman was crossing the road. Then the accident happened.
The name of the injured motorcyclist has not been released. Locals detained him. Dimla police do not know about this.
