Inter-district thief gang held

Baraigram Thana police arrested 5 members of inter-district easybike thief gang of Natore. They were arrested in raids at different places of Natore district on Sunday midnight. At this time, various broken parts of the autovan and easybike were recovered from them. The arrested are Zahurul Mondal (40), son of Karim Mondal of Ishwardi, Pabna, Badsha Sardar (45), son of Zaim Uddin of Sadipur village of Lalpur upazila, Rashidul Islam (26), son of Golzar Hossain of Ishwarpara, Sabbir Hossain (27), son of Ramzan Ali of Tebaria Palpara village, Natore and Ratan Hossain (28), son of Torab Ali of Chhota Senbagh village of Puthia Upazila, Rajshahi.
According to police sources, an easybike belonging to Yakub Ali was stolen from Bonpara bypass of the upazila on January 26. Following his complaint, a team led by Police Inspector Sirajul Islam, Officer in-Charge of Bonpara Police Investigation Center, launched a raid.
