Freshers’ reception of BAU Shaheed Shamsul Haque Hall held

An orientation program of the the residential students of Shaheed Shamsul Haque Hall of the academic year 2022-23 was held at the Shaheed Shamsul Haque Hall Auditorium of Bangladesh Agricultural University on Tuesday.
The event was organized by the hall administration. Prof Dr. SM Lutful Kabir, the Provost of Shahid Shamsul Haque Hall was present as Chief Guest. Md. Tauhidul Islam, House Tutor General; Dr. Ismail Hossain, House Tutor; Mehdi Hasan,General Secretary of Bangladesh Students’ League, BAU Branch; Shaheenur Reza, President of the Faculty of Agriculture Students’ League, BAU; and Ashraful Alam, President of the Faculty of Veterinary Students’ League, BAU were present special guests on the program .The proceedings commenced with the solemn reading of Holy Scriptures, followed by the Chief Guest and Special Guests extending floral welcomes to the new students. Insightful thoughts were shared by two fresh faces. Subsequently, leaders of various student organizations conveyed warm greetings to the freshmen. In his welcoming address, Provost Prof Dr. SM Lutful Kabir assured the students of unwavering cooperation during their tenure at Shaheed Shamsul Haque Hall. The reception ceremony, skillfully conducted by Mr. Salman Shahriar Nibir, the house tutor, marked the beginning of a new chapter for the budding scholars.
