3 flights redirected to Sylhet from Dhaka

Sylhet Bureau :
Three passenger flights bound for Dhaka have been redirected to Sylhet as dense fog brought down visibility. Flights were diverted to these airports between 2am and 8am on Friday (Jan 5), said Dhaka airport’s Executive Director Group Captain Mohammad Kamrul Islam.
Meanwhile, poor visibility led to a collapse in the schedule for seven international flights.
Kamrul said flights from Shahjalal Airport to Bangkok have been cancelled.
Poor visibility caused by dense fog often disrupts flight schedules in the winter.
