Hamid Fabrics declares 5pc cash dividend
The 29th Annual General Meeting of Hamid Fabrics PLC was held on Thursday, on digital platform. Shareholders, Managing Director Abdullah Al Mahmud as well as members of the Board joined the meeting. The meeting was presided over by AHM Mozammel Hoque, Chairman of the Board. All agenda including 5pc cash dividend for General Shareholders only were approved in the meeting, which was conducted by ASM Mijanur Rahman, Company Secretary.
