‘Conspiracy to foil election is seditious act’

Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq on Saturday said any conspiracy to foil election is a seditious act and warned the plotters over this.
“Massacre had been carried out in the country from 1975-1996. That misrule came to an end when Awami League came to power,” he told
a rally in Kormomoth area at Moniond union under Akhauraupazilla in Brahmanbaria, an official release said, reports BSS.
Presided over by former chairman of Moniond union parishad Md Kamal Bhuiyan, the rally was addressed by Akhaurapourasabha mayor and upazilla Awami League general secretary Md Takjil Khalifa Kazal and Moniond union parishad chairman Md Mahbubul Alam Chowdhury Dipok.
