Goats distributed among Shahjadpur beggars

A total of 42 goats have been distributed among 14 beggars under the rehabilitation and alternative employment program of the population engaged in begging implemented by the Department of Social Services organized by the Shahjadpur Upazila Administration and Social Services Office of Sirajganj.

Under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Kamruzzaman, Upazila Parishad Chairman Bir Muktijoddha Prof Azad Rahman was present as chief guest. Vice-Chairman Liaquat Ali, Women Vice-Chairman Eliza Khan, Press Club General Secretary, Upazila Social Service Officer Maqbul Hossain, Potazia UP Chairman Alamgir Jahan Bachchu and others were present.
