Weather may remain mainly dry over country

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, said a met office release here today for the next 24 hours begins from 9am on Wednesday.

Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, reports BSS.

Country’s maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 34.1 degree celsius at Sitakunda and minimum temperature today was recorded 15.9 degree celsius at Tetulia.

The low lies over South Andaman Sea and adjoining area moved west-northwestwards and intensified into a well-marked low lies over Southeast Bay and adjoining South Andaman Sea. It is likely intensify further.
