45th BCS written exams to start Monday

The written examination of the 45th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) will start from Monday.

As many as 12,789 candidates will participate in the11-day examination.

Md Sohrab Hossain, chairman of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) said that the 45th BCS written exam is starting from November 27.

Exams of compulsory subjects will be held in seven days and technical subjects in four days. All our preparations are done.

The test will take place in eight divisions at a time.

The preliminary examination was held simultaneously in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh centers on May 19 this year.

On June 6, the results of the preliminary test were published where 12,789 candidates came out successfully.

On November 30 last year, PSC published the circular for the 45th BCS examinations to recruit as many as 2,309 cadres and some 1,022 non-cadres.
