Arrest, suppression, and persecution main recourse of AL: Saki

Ganatantra Mancha leader and Chief Coordinator of Ganasanghati Andolon, Zonayed Saki, asserted on Sunday that the Awami League’s sole approach is arrest, suppression, and torture.

He warned that if another lopsided election takes place, Bangladesh is poised to encounter a diplomatic crisis on the international stage, reports media.

The Ganatantra Mancha leader said these during a short rally in front of the National Press Club on Sunday.

The coalition earlier staged a protest in favor of the nationwide hartal against the announcement of the “one-sided” election schedule.

Zonayed Saki said: “Awami League talks a lot, but they have to live under the shadow of Police, RAB, and BGB.
