BARI, Syngenta ink MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) and Syngenta Bangladesh Limited was held on Tuesday at the BARI Seminar room.
BARI Director General Dr. Debasish Sarker inaugurated the occasion as chief guest. BARI Director (Training and Communication Wing) Dr. Md. Tariqul Islam and Managing Director Mohammad Hedayet Ullah signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organization. Director (Support & Services) Dr. Ferdouse Islam; Director (Research) Dr. Md. Abdullah Yousuf Akhond; Director (Planning & Evaluation) Dr. Dilwar Ahmed Choudhury; Director (Business Sustainability and External Affairs, Syngenta Ltd.) Mohammad Shahidul Islam; Chief scientific officer (Training and Communication Wing) Dr. Ashraf Uddin Ahmed; Chief scientific officer (Entomology Division) Dr. Nirmal Kumar Dutta and Chief scientific officer (Agronomy Division) Dr. Md. Abu Hena Sorwar Jahan were present on the occasion. The event was coordinated by Senior Scientific Officer (Training and Communication Wing) Dr. Md. Emran Khan Chowdhury.
