Control ‘corrupt’
student politics
Bangladeshi students played a pivotal role in national interest and democratization, contributing significantly to the Language Movement in 1952, the Liberation War in 1971, and the Democracy Movement in 1990. But, on today’s campuses, student political parties no longer reflect the interests of students or the nation. Due to student politics, a dictatorship has emerged in the campuses. The ruling party’s student leaders control halls and seat distribution with no regard for administration, resulting in thousands of tortures for resident students to survive. This is affecting not only students but even teachers. This is a heinous failure of administration.
The government, university administration, and students must adopt a tough policy against the poisonous student politics in order to construct a developed nation.

Where is our freedom?
“Emon deshti kothao khuje pabe nako aar”. I am referring to Bangladesh, our dear motherland.
Here everything is possible, without people’s mandate government could be formed, votes could be cast in the dead of night, members of parliament could be selected as Awami League wants.
Here government calls hartals which are hundred percent successful but opposition political parties are denied of observing hartals and it is dealt ruthlessly, what a cruel joke!
Whenever the opposition political parties arrange any programme, invariably Awami League will arrange Shanti Shomabesh, what a shame!
There is a limit to everything, we are praying to Almighty Allah to deliver us from this evil, we hope He will listen to it.
