BASAS Manikganj district committee formed

Manikganj, Correspondent :

The election of the Bangladesh Journalists Association (BASAS), Manikganj district branch has been held recently. Journalist of Daily Ittefaque Manvendra Chakraborty has been elected as president and Daily Nayadiganta district representative Md. Shahanur Islam was elected as General Secretary.

The election was held at the Manikganj Zilla Parishad auditorium with BASAS Manikganj district branch president Manvendra Chakraborty in the chair.

Bangladesh Journalist Association Central Committee Joint General Secretary and Manikganj Press Club President Golam Sarowar (Sanu) was the chief guest.
