State Minister for Shipping, Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury, MP speaks as chief guest at the training graduation ceremony of 25th batch of Chittagong and 14th batch of Madaripur trainee ratings of the National Maritime Institute held on Sunday while Senior Secretary of the Ministry Md. Mustafa Kamal was present as a special guest. Chittagong Port Authority Chairman Rear Admiral Mohammad Sohail, Director General of Shipping Directorate, Commodore Mohammad Maqsood Alam were present as guests of honour. Principal of National Maritime Institute Captain Ataur Rahman delivered welcome speech on the occasion with the presence of many military and civil dignitaries of the country, representatives of domestic and foreign ship owners and agents.
