PM mourns death of Mamun Sarkar

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Chairman of Brahmanbaria Zila Parishad and General Secretary of district Awami League (AL) unit freedom fighter Al Mamun Sarkar.

In a condolence message issued on Monday, the premier said the people of Brahmanbaria have lost a people-loving leader at the death of Al Mamun Sarkar.

Sheikh Hasina, also the President of Bangladesh Awami League, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family members.
