UICL holds its 23nd AGM: The 23nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Union Insurance Company Limited (UICL) held through virtually on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the founder chairman of the company Mozaffar Hossain Paltu. The AGM approved 10 percent cash dividend for its shareholders. The AGM also re-elected Mozaffar Hossain Paltu as the chairman while Mohammed Hasmot Ali re-elected as Vice Chairman of the company unanimously. Nuruddin Ahmed, other Directors and Talukder Md. Zakaria Hossain, CEO of the company, were present.
