Freedom fighter Rashidullah seeks nomination from Pabna-4

Upazila Awami League vice-president and former leader of Jatiya Sramik League Central Committee veteran Mohammad Rashidullah will seek the nomination board of Awami League for Pabna-4 (Ishwardi and Atghoria) constituency in the upcoming national elections.

He announced his candidacy at a crowded press conference organized at Iswardi Press Club on Saturday (September 2) afternoon.

Rashidullah said, in recognition of his honesty, sincerity, strength and being persecuted throughout his life in Awami politics, I am announcing the candidacy of Noaka Pratik to give an opportunity to participate in the electoral contest of Noaka Pratik in the nomination of Awami League in Pabna-4 parliamentary seat.

I hope that Honorable Prime Minister Jannetri Deshratna Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of Bangabandhu, who is recognized as the mother of world humanity, the shaper of Bangladesh’s development, the honest, efficient and prudent statesman of the world, will nominate me for this seat after evaluating the history of my long political life.
