Minister laid foundation stone of Knowledge Park in Sylhet

Expatriates’ welfare and overseas employment minister Imran Ahmad laid the foundation stone of ‘Knowledge Park’ at Companiganj in Sylhet on Thursday.

The minister also visited the under-construction ‘Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Centre’ located in the park at the same time, said a press release.

Addressing a discussion meeting, organised at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Imran Ahmed said that the ICT sector would be one of the driving forces of Bangladesh’s economy to build a smart and developed country as per the current government’s vision-2041.
