PMO signs APA with its 7 bodies

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) signed the Annual Performance Agreements (APA) with its seven organisations for fiscal 2023-24 on the tenth instant aimed at implementing the government’s development goals under an effective, efficient and dynamic administrative system.

The APA was inked at a function where Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister (PM) Mohammad Tofazzel Hossain Miah was present as the chief guest, said a press release on Friday, reports BSS.

Secretary at the PMO Mohammad Salahuddin presided over the APA signing ceremony while Prime Minister’s Principal Coordinator for SDG Affairs Md Akhter Hossain was present as the special guest, the release added.

The PMO secretary inked the APA on behalf of the Prime Minister’s Office with the heads of relevant departments/organizations.

Executive Chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) Lokman Hossain Miah, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) Shaikh Yusuf Harun, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) Major General Abul Kalam Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, Executive Chairman (Secretary) of National Skill Development Authority (NSDA) Nasreen Afroz, Chief Executive Officer of Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA) of PMO Dr Md Mushfiqur Rahman, Director General of the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) Sheikh Md Moniruzzaman and Project Director of Ashrayan-2 Project Abu Saleh Mohammed Ferdous Khan were also present there.

All the officials of Governance Innovation Unit, Prime Minister’s Office along with the Directors General and Directors of the Prime Minister’s Office participated in the event.
