Hero Alam filed Tk 50 crore compensation case against BNP leader Rizvi

Content Creator Ashraful Alam, popularly known as Hero Alam, yesterday filed a defamation case against BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, demanding Taka 50 crore for his alleged offensive statement.

Metropolitan Magis-trate Saiful Islam of Dhaka CMM Court recorded the statement of the complainant and ordered the Metropolitan Detective Police (DMP) to submit a report after investigating the allegation against the BNP leader.

According to the complaint, on July 18, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made a derogatory remark regarding the educational qualification of the complainant, while speaking at a program held at Bhuban Mohan Shaheed Minar Park in Rajshahi city.
