Awareness must to prevent dengue

A seminar on dengue prevention and awareness was held at Sylhet City Corporation’s conference room on Saturday on the initiative of all Rotary Clubs of Sylhet.
Rotary District-3282 Governor Engineer Motiur Rahman was present as the chief guest in the seminar.
He said in his speech, awareness is very important to prevent dengue. Recently, the number of dengue patients is increasing across the country. If awareness is not created among families, neighbors and communities to prevent dengue, it will become dire. Rotarians are the first to come forward in any calamity in the country. Rotarians should also play a leading role in dengue prevention.
PDG Shahid Ahmad Chowdhury, DG Elect AHM Faisal Ahmad, Bureau Chief of Time TV, former president of Sylhet Press Club Ikramul Kabir spoke as special guests in the seminar.
