KICL holds its 36th AGM: Karnaphuli Insurance Company Limited (KICL) held its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Thursday. Chairman of the company Nizam Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting while its Vice-Chairman Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Directors Riaz Uddin Ahmed, Sabita Ferdushi, Sharmin Nasir, Dilruba Sharmin, Independent Directors Md. Yousuf Ali Howlader, Mohammad Ahsan Ibne Kabir, Md. Mozharul Islam, NC Rudra, Md. Salimullah and Managing Director & CEO ANM Fazlul Karim Munshi present the meeting. Shareholders unanimously approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022. The company achieved net profit after tax 8.34 crore in 2022, total assets reaching 169.11 crore, earning per share (EPS) stood at TK. 1.86 and net asset value per share was TK. 20.72.
