Garage owner electrocuted in Kishoreganj

A garage owner named Sharif Miah was electrocuted in Kishoreganj Sadar upazila of the district on Tuesday.
The incident took place at Josodal village while the victim was charging a battery.

Kishoreganj Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Dawood told The New Nation that garage owner Sharif used to charge auto-rickshaws battery in his garage at night and sleep there.
Being informed in the morning, family members of Sharif went to the garage and found him lying dead with electrical wires. With the help of local residents, they took the dead body home.
