2 including husband held over Woman’s death

A housewife was stabbed to death at Kishoreganj’s on Sunday evening over family feud. The deceased was Shabnoor Akhter (32) is the wife of Md. Shahid.
Police have been arrested. victim’s husband Md. Shahid (36) and Alamin (30)in this connection.
Alamin is a resident of Kalaihati village in Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila.

Locals and police saids, Shahid and Shabnoor Akhtar have two children. Shabnoor along with her two sons had been staying at Kalaihati Baba’s house for quite some time due to her estrangement with her husband. Alamin ran away after finding him alone on the road while passing by the house around seven o’clock yesterday evening. The local people rescued him with serious injuries and took him to Kishoreganj 250 bed general hospital while on duty doctors declared her dead.
Police also seized the blood-stained knife used in the murder and the sandals used by Alamin from the scene.
