Intellectual corruption taking place in some cases, says Appellate Division judge

Justice Md Nuruzzaman, a judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, in a speech given in his last working day on Thursday, said that intellectual corruption is taking place in some lawsuits.
The judge made the remark while addressing the farewell given to him by the Attorney General’s Office and the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA). Attorney General AM Amin Uddin and Supreme Court Bar Association President Momtazuddin Fakir also gave speech in the farewell program at the Appellate Division courtroom.
