KUSHTIA: Greater Kushtia Tobacco Farmers’ Protection Committee formed a human chain recently in front of Deputy Tax Commissioner Circle-18 Office, Kushtia to press home their demands five-point demands were including withdrawing 10 pc tax on purchasing tobacco, allotting banks loans for the tobacco cultivators. Among others, Bangladesh Bidi Sramik Federation Vice-President Nazim Uddin presided over the programme while its General Secretary Harik Hossain moderated it.
