Shahida Anowar, Chairperson, Board of Directors of Islami Commercial Insurance Company Limited, presides over its 145th meeting held at its head office in the capital recently. The meeting approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and declared 10 percent dividend to the shareholders.
