Pollution awareness, plantation held

A plastic pollution awareness and plantation programme was held at Pubali Scouts Science Club in Saidpur Upazila on Monday.
UNO Janab Faisal Raihan planted the trees & discussed about the importance of trees as the Chief Guest. Upazila Agriculture Officer Janab Dhiman Bhushan was the special guest. Mayor of Saidpur Municipality & President of Pubali Scouts Science Club Rafika Akhter Jahan presided over the awareness programme

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Janab Faisal Raihan also awarded books to the readers of Pubali Scouts Library. He said I sometimes felt jealous of those guys who r getting so much awards in their childhood for various performances, as I haven’t got any. He also explained the importance of reading books to the new generation & the members of Pubali Scouts Science Club.
Founder of the Organization Janab Nazrul Islam Bulbul discussed about the environment pollution & focused on the history & social activities of the organization to the Guests in his Speech.
