Phoenix Insurance declared 15pc cash dividend

Phoenix Insurance Company Limited has been declared 15 percent Cash Dividend to the shareholders for the year 2022. The declaration came out through its 37th Annual General Meeting held recently through virtually while chairman of the company Mohammed Shoeb, presides over the meeting, said a press release. Mazharul Haque, Mohammed Haider Ali, Dr. Sharmin Sultana, Manzoorul Haque, Fabiana Aziz, MA Majid, Md Nazmul Hasan, Iftakharul islam, Directors, Md Jamirul Islam, Managing Director & CEO and Md Rafiqur Rahman, Company Secretary, were took part. During the year 2022, company earned a total premium of Tk. 68.39 crore and pretax profit of Tk. 10.49 crore. Total asset of the company in the year 2022 was Tk. 227.14 crore.
