A factory has been destroyed. and fines Tk 70 000 producing fake juice in Pakundia upazila of Kishoreganj.
The Mobile Court of District Administration in Kishoreganj, led by Executive Magistrate & AC land Tanya Akhtar was imposed in Satiyadi village of Patuavhanga union of Pakundia upazila on Wednesday.
During the raid, various evidence including juice was seize, destroyed. The juice factory owner named Mohasin fined tk. 70,0000.
The executive Magistrate Taniya Akhter said, the factory owner Mohasin fake j productions juice in the factory and supplying others part of the country for a long time. later, fake juice being manufactured in an unsanitary environment using the label of Al-Madinah Fruity Juice without the permission of any authority. Various chemicals including saccharin are being used.
