Sagar-Runi murder case report submission deferred again

Date for submission of the probe report in the murder case of journalist couple Sagar Sarowar and Meherun Runi on Sunday deferred for 97th times.
Metropolitan Magis-trate Rashidul Alam of Dhaka CMM court on Sunday fixed May 22 for the submission of the probe report in the murder case.
The court fixed the new date as RAB Investigation Officer Additional Superintendent of Police Khondoker Md Shafiqul Alam failed to submit the report yesterday.
Sagar, News Editor of private TV station Maasranga and his wife Runi, Senior Reporter of another private TV channel, ATN Bangla, were brutally murdered at their rented apartment in Dhaka’s West Rajabazar area on February 11 of 2012.
