Kidnapped baby recovered from Khulna

A 2.5 months old baby named Sajid Faraji, son of a farmer Abu Sayeed Faraji and his wife Sumi Khatun was kidnapped by some miscreants from their house at the village Zaria-Maitkumra under Fakirhat Upazila in Bagerhat district in the early hours of Thursday was recovered alive by the police from the main gate area of Darul Ulum Madras, situated by the side of Muslimpara Road in Khulna City Corporation at mid night of Friday.
But no trace of the kidnappers was found till the writing of this report. Even the reason behind the kidnapping incident could not be ascertained so far. The locals claimed, if the footages of the cc cameras of the area are examined the miscreants can be traced out.
It was disclosed to the newsmen by S M Ashraful Alam, main coordinator, Media Cell of Bagerhat district Police Administration. He added, on information of the matter police tried their best to arrest the miscreants and in the face of their earnest investigation the miscreants left the bay in a bag on the street and fled away.
At mid night a driver of a micro bus found the bag contained the baby and informed the police of the matter. Police rushed to the spot and recovered the baby alive.
