New SMP commissioner exchanges views with journos

Newly-joined Sylhet Metropolitan Police (SMP) Commissioner Elias Sharif exchanged views with Sylhet Press Club Members at the Conference Hall of SMP Headquarters on Sunday. During the meeting, the newly-joined SMP Commissioner listened to the journalists. They raised various problems of the city before the commissioner and wished immediate move from him solve the problems.
 SMP Commissioner Elias Sharif sought co-operation from all quarters including journalists to keep the law and order situation peaceful in Sylhet.
Conducted by the Additional Commissioner Masud Rana, Deputy Police Commissioner Emam Muhammed Shadid along with other high police officials were present at the meeting.
Sylhet Press Club President Iqbal Siddiquee, Secratary Abdur Rashid Renu, Senior Vice President M A Hannan,Former President Eqramul Kabir Equ, Humayun Rashid Chawdhury, Somorendro Bishwas, Khaled Ahmed, Abu Taleb Murad,Faruk Ahmed, Ahbab Mostafa khan, S A Shofiee, ATM Turab, Sunil Singho, Saimum Anjum Evan, Shakila Boby and a large number of journalists from various print and electronic media working in the metropolitan and District attended the meeting.
