RAB detained a youth on charge of snatching in city’s Jatrabari

The elite force Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-10) arrested a youth named Mahbub Alam (33) on the charge of snatching from Jatrabari intersection area of the capital on Sunday.
At that time, a knife used in snatching was recovered from him.
Commander (CO) of RAB-10 Additional DIG Mohammad Farid Uddin said that the detained Mahbub had been robbing various valuable assets including money and mobile phones by threatening the pedestrians in Jatrabari and surrounding areas for quite a long time.
He also said that a case has been filed against the detained Mahbub in the concerned police station.
