Moumita Mou, Rebeka in the same movie

Rebeka Rouf has been passing busy times in movies in the role of mother. Actress Moumita Mou acted with her in several dramas and movies. This time, both Rebeka and Moumita Mou are acting together in Chatku Ahmed directorial movie ‘Ahare Jibon.’ Last Sunday, they took part in the shooting of the movie
at a shooting house in the capital’s Uttara.
It is only natural that with the hands of a talented director like Ibn Mizan, her future path will be smooth and enlightened. Late director Shibli Sadik changed the name Rabeya to Rebeka when Madaripur’s daughter Rebeka became engrossed in acting. The name Rabeya went into hiding, Rabeya became known as Rebeka by the love of the audience.
Rebeka’s journey started as a junior artist in the movie ‘Raj Bodhu’ directed by Ibn Mizan. Then after acting in many more films, she acted in Shibli Sadik’s movies ‘Dolna,’ ‘Dongshon,’ ‘Somman,’ and ‘Achena.’ Rebeka acted in several other films including same director’s ‘Arjon,’ Azmul Huda Mithu’s ‘Chor Dakat Police,’ Shibli Sadik’s ‘Ma Mati Desh,’ Sheikh Nazrul Islam’s ‘Chander Alo,’ Kazi Hayat’s ‘Tras,’ and Nadim Mahmud’s ‘Andolan.’ Rebeka played the title role in the movie ‘Komolar Bonobash’ directed by Firoz Al Mamun and produced by EK Films. For the first time, she acted in role of mother in Kalam Kaiser directed a movie. She played the role of the hero Rubel’s mother. Not only in the movie but also on the stage, she has impressed the audience with his performances in plays like ‘Beder Meye Joshna’ and ‘Kashem Malar Prem.’ While talking about acting in the movie, Rebeka told this correspondent, “Under Chatku Bhai’s direction I am acting for the first time in movie ‘Ahare Jibon.’ It feels pretty good. Moumita Mou is very cooperative as a co-artist. We are really enjoying acting together.”
Actress Moumita Mou shared her feelings by this way, “The relationship with Rebeka Apa is like an older sister younger sister. Rebeka Apa loves me very much. I always enjoy working with her.”
