A brilliant match-winning ton by opener Mehedi Maruf enabled Prime Doleshwar Sporting Club to secure an overwhelming eight-wicket victory over Legends of Rupganj in the 4th round super league of Walton Refrigerator Dhaka Premeir Division Cricket League held on Friday at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah.
Favored by coin, Legends of Rupganj managed to score a modest total of 221 for 9 from their stipulated 50 overs.
In reply, Prime Doleshwar, rode on Mehedi Maruf’s brilliant unbeaten century, reached the destination making 224 in 39.1 overs with eight wickets in hand.
