Sabirul Islam inaugurating the Sheikh Kamal 2nd Bangladesh Youth Games (district level) by releasing a big balloon as the chief guest at Rangpur Sheikh Russel Swimming Complex on Wednesday morning, organized by Bangladesh Olympic Association. Rangpur Divisional Sports Association Vice-President Manzoor Ahmed Azad spoke as a special guest in the opening ceremony.
