Reshma wins silver in 17th Asian Youth Weightlifting Championship

Johra Akhter Reshma of Bangladesh won silver medal in 44 kg weight category of Women’s Division of the 17th Asian Youth Weightlifting Championship held at the Al Saad Sports Club in Doha, the capital city of Qatar on Thursday.
Reshma lifted 116 to achieve second position among five participants.
Mohini of India gained gold medal raising 131 kg.
Al Saeedy Nazah of Iraq collected bronze lifting 102 kg.
After the competition President of Bangladesh Weightlifting Federation Manjur Kader Quraishi distributed the prizes among the winners.
